If any business wants to be successful, then it must consider its core teams, their values and work ethics. Core Teams are basically backbone of any business. These are those people or departments, which performs a very crucial role in the running of business. Now let's take a look at some of the most common teams, which helps the business expand and grow at domestic as well as global level.

1: Marketing and Sales/Marketing Team: This team is most essential for every business as it promotes the business, by advertising about the products and services of the business to customers through social media or other marketing strategies. This team helps creating new customers and can be cause of increase or decrease in sales, given to the approach of marketing it adopts. For Example: Poor marketing will result in poor sales and vice versa.
2: Finance and Accounting Team: This core team is responsible for keeping the track of money in business. It manages the expenses, profits, salaries and budget as well as encourage the investors to invest in the business. If there's any loss in business, then finance team will immediately take action and plan the financial solution.
3: Human Resource (HR) Team: HR team is responsible for hiring new employees and training them. The main motive of this team is to create an environment where all employees can work with motivation and wholeheartedly. If any employee is facing issue, then this team finds the solution and solve the problem keeping the environment conflict free.
4: Operations & Logistics Team: This department is basically accountable for managing the daily business operations. like "How does the production process working? How does the services are being delivered?" All this is to manage by this team. It also makes sure that goods that are being delivered has the best quality that satisfy the customer's needs.

This team stores the data and information about supply chain. It also makes sure that the privacy and websites of a business are safe and secure on internet.
6: Customer Service Team: This team plays an important role in solving the issues of customers. Customers can leave feedback about their issue on business websites, through emails or even calls and this team takes immediate actions to solve the issue and makes the customers satisfied. This department is crucial as it works as a bridge between customer and business's profit.
Thus, every team has its own unique ways, core values and methods of working. But when these teams work all together in harmony, it makes business strong and successful. That's the reason, these teams are called the backbone of any business because without these no business can survive.
